When you begin your search for accommodation, one of the first things to consider is where in the city you want to live. London is divided into nine zones, with Zone 1 covering Central London and Zones 6-9 comprising Greater London.
Whitechapel is a neighbourhood renowned for its culture, history, cuisines and nightlife as well as being a long-established hub for educational institutions and student accommodation.
The closer you move to Central London, the more expensive accommodation tends to be. You'll need to balance this with transportation costs to find your ideal spot.
While we don't offer our own halls of residence, there are plenty of options available for you to consider when choosing your accommodation. View our accommodation guide.
Remember to start looking for accommodation at least three months before you plan to move to the UK. This will give you plenty of time to research and compare options. You can search for properties independently on the websites below.
